Good and Bad News

Bad News First

So I went to the Dr. today as i took the Nuvaring out on Friday. Of course my period has not come yet but man i just thought my body was back to normal because we were SOOO CLOSE last time! Well, I was wrong. Before i had two cyst on my right ovary, one larger than the other. Well one of them did rubture and go away but the other one is a 13 (which is still to big to try for a baby). But low and behold when we take a peek at the left ovary (which has been clear for months) i have a large 18 size cyst that come out of no where :-( The Dr. Said i have hyper ovaries. So we are going to go in on Wed. June 13th and have surgery at 7am to drain the cysts.

Good News

The surgery will just be about 30 mintues and vaginal, they will not have to cut me! So it should be a quick recovery. And the Dr. said that I can start clomid on Wed. Night, for five days! Which means i will go back to the Dr. on the 25th and as long as i do not have over 4 folicules from the clomid we will do the trigger shot (which will cause me to ovulate) and try for a baby that week. With the surgery and all of this stuff i am praying so hard that this is our month. We will be doing it natural (no IUI OR IVF) due to expense at this time. So guys, here we go... PLEASE PRAY FOR US :-)
