Went to the Dr. this morning for another sono. On my left ovary the bruised area from surgery went down from a 35 to a 30 (which is good). And the Folli that was 17.9 yesterday is now a 21... which means that is a good follicle (aka cyst holding egg).
On my right ovary the cyst that was 17.1 is now a 17.9 (which is good) and the one that was at 15 is now a 17.5 (which is good). As of today i do have 2 extra follicle's on the right side which were both a 13 (not good). Therefore i have a total of 3 good follicle's. I did get the shot around 9am for me to ovulate. To ovulate the follicle (sac that the egg is in AKA cyst) must burst and release the egg. Ovulation occurs 12 to 24 hours after receiving the shot.

The cyst on the upper right hand side is where i had surgery on the 13th of this month. This is the huge cyst that was drained. Yesterday it was larger at a size 35 and today its at a size 30, which means its healing.
The cyst slightly to the left bottom is my cyst that was a size 17.9 yesterday which is a size 21 today. This is my best follicle.
The Bottom Sono Is My Right Ovary
The top left cyst is the one that was a 15 yesterday and is now a 17.5 which is a good follicle, they said that between now and the time i ovulate this one will be an 18 which is great. The top right cyst is the one that was a 17.1 yesterday and is now a 17.9 which is a good follicle, they said this one will also be at least an 18 by the time i ovulate. The two larger bottom ones are only a size 13, which means these are not good follicles. Meaning they will burst and release fluid, no mature egg. I also have one tee-tiny one. It looks like it is attatched to the bottom right size 13 cyst, we didnt even measure that, its nothing :-)
I post this because many people have so many questions and dont understand. I wanted to add a visual image.
**I would also like to add that God is amazing. I have found my relationship with God to be so close! Every night i pray right before i go to bed. Last night in my prayer, as i had my hand above the ovary that i was praying about, i asked that he please help me. I asked that he help the bruised cyst (left ovary upper right) that i had surgery on at least shrink so that the Dr. not be "iffy" on letting me take the ovulation shot. GUESS WHAT IT SHUNK! I also prayed that AT LEAST ONE of my follicles be a at least a size 18 with a mature egg waiting to be planted. GUESS WHAT, I HAVE AT LEAST ONE AT 18 :-) ... God is so amazing... now as i pray i ask that my body work as he created a womans body to work. That all the bad things be gone and i can product natrually, that i do not keep on having reoccuring cysts, that i ovulate on my own. Now that we are at this step i will pray that i have at least one follicle release egg and that egg and sperm meet to unite child :-)**
Thank you guys all for your prayers and continued prayers. I will find out on the 6th of July if we are pregnant. From tonight until Monday is what matters the most :-) IT WILL HAPPEN :-)
